禁军教头杨志为人忠心，深得朝廷爱戴，且甚爱结交江湖豪侠，杨志之爱妻常劝他脱离险恶官场，但心知丈夫决心为朝廷效力，故为时常劝道，望他带眼识人，一日，杨志在五台山巧遇刘，二人不打不相识，越打越投机，同时杨志之妻被奸臣高调戏，梁本想教训高，被高手下徐暗中点醒，杨志才避免惹出大事，但因好色得花太岁高盯中杨志之妻，设下陷进陷害杨志得阴谋……。刚从复旦大学毕业的许诺（瞿颖 饰）好不容易拦上一辆出租车，今天是她去威臣大广告公司最后一道面试的大日子，但是向来迷糊的许诺竟把最重要的文件落在家里了，急中生智的许诺向旁边同样堵塞在路上的私家车的主人借用电话， 高积安（胡兵 饰）犹豫了一下把电话交给她，谁知瞬间出租车开动，连人带手机消失在眼前。 一心认为遇上了骗子的高积安怒气冲冲地回到公司，发现正在面试的新人就是许诺！他出题为难她，整蛊她后说不用她，许诺生气离开。却被积安在公司的死对头周进挽留，还让许诺当积安的助理。一对欢喜冤家从此杠上了。 从台湾来的创意总监田国荣（张世 饰）总是有着无数笔感情的糊涂账，他与积安同住一室，搞笑段子无数。但这天，一位叫赵岱玲（张本喻 饰）的台湾女子挺着肚子来找田国荣，说他是经手人。田国荣惊呆了。 许诺在和积安的相处中了解积安是因为2年前莫名失踪的女友方芳（李婉华 饰）才来到上海工作，渐渐被他的认真和深情吸引，当积安被暗算离开威臣时，许诺也毫不犹豫地选择跟他创业……。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
