Soda intends to launch the film to coincide with the reunion concert tour of Bros., ...。テレビシリーズの後日談を、映像ソフト化の際に3編の新エピソードとして追加収録したもの。日々の平穏を取り戻した純太は、いよいよ幼なじみの亜美に告白する。ところが未来に帰ったはずのかりんが、任務の延長ということでまた現代に戻ってきた。彼女が原因で生まれてしまった、純太が姿を変えるメガプレ（＝最強の女たらし）に戻らないかを監視するためというが……？ 新ヒロインとして未来からやってきた""るらら""が登場。原作とは設定が多少異なっている。。
