祁乐（岑丽香 饰）、邓励帧（刘佩玥 饰）、汪佩仪（吴沚默 饰）、陈拔萃（陈康健 饰）、俞玥爱（吴若希 饰）和朱世勤（唐嘉麟 饰）是在同一所大学就读护理学系的同学兼好友。毕业前一年，六人来到了同一家医院实习，其中，祁乐等四人被分配到了魔鬼教官杨志明（洪永城 饰）手下的病房，日子过得苦不堪言。 祁乐一行人很早就看不惯杨志明跋扈的作风和张扬的个性，再加上护师杜羡花（姚子羚 饰）对杨志明的长久不满，一场恶战在医院内部打响。那边厢，顾问医生唐日俊（单立文 饰）爱上了温柔善良的杜羡花，这段恋情让唐日俊的旧情人卓芝君（陈炜 饰）心中很不是滋味。。Dr. Mortimer asks Sherlock Holmes to help protect Sir Charles Baskerville who has returned to England to take his place at the family seat following the death of his uncle, Sir Charles Baskerville.
