主人公黄沙鼓是民间踏实本分的木工匠人，靠着传统手艺营生。因木匠中有人搬弄封建迷信传说诈取东家钱财，路见不平的黄沙鼓誓要揭穿其中骗局，为传统匠人宣扬正气，立志捅破一切封建迷信的谎言。。強積金推行多年，每位「打工仔」每月都有部份收入撥進強積金供款。然而，不少人對強積金一知半解，對自己的強積金管理更採取佛系態度，令其強積金往往追不上通脹，甚至出現負增長。為讓市民增長強積金知識，節目請來藝員組隊，舉行有關強積金的問答對壘。藝員們角逐「積金達人」寶座的同時，觀眾透過節目亦可豐富相關認知，管理自己的強積金戶口，就可更加輕鬆。。Peace and tranquility have set in Belogorie.
