影片讲述了一群准毕业医学生来到了南太平洋孤岛上的研究所，发现了一只风干又复活分裂的触手。在随之而来的怪事中，昔日师友接连被寄生殒命，亲密同伴猜疑指责，未知生物不断入侵，主角们陷入了绝境之中。。片名刻意呼應膾炙人口的前作《美利堅帝國的衰亡》（11屆），丹尼阿肯延續《老豆堅過美利堅》（28屆）的潑辣筆觸，調侃資本主義的墮落本質。加國善心男自覺活在笨蛋崇拜白痴的世界，擁有高學歷卻只能當速遞員，開工遇上黑吃黑火併，撿到兩大袋鈔票，該如何是好？金錢萬惡也萬能，先找個有案底的洗錢高手，再搭上高級應召女郎，加上逃稅專家，不義之財能否漂白？黑白兩道窮追不捨，雪球也越滾越大，財真的可以通神，逢凶化吉？。The story revolves around Luisa Palmeira, born in France from Portuguese immigrants.
