I Saw the Sun (Güneşi Gördüm) is a Turkish film by Mahsun Kırmızıgül. In the film two brothers go on opposite sides in a Turkish-Kurdish conflict| it opened at the number one position at the Turkish box office in 2009. The film was announced as the Turkish submission to the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in September 2009.。1970年，为强迫军队听其发表的劝说军人恢复日本昔日荣誉和“纯洁”的讲话，日本右翼作家三岛由纪夫将真下将军扣留为人质。但他的讲话却遭到军人们的嘲笑，愤怒的三岛由纪夫回到屋中后剖腹自杀。影片以四个部分展现了三岛由纪夫的生平：（1）对真理和美女的看法；（2）艺术观点；（3）军事方面的活动；（4）剑和笔的统一。。
