《与彩云相遇》是云南省宣传部为献礼“澜湄视听周”特别打造的人文互动类综艺。节目立足绿色发展理念，秉承“服务一带一路，讲好中国故事”的宗旨，邀请数位嘉宾，前往“努力成为中国生态文明建设排头兵”的云南各地，记录锦绣多彩自然生态环境、多民族团结和谐、新乡村殷实的幸福生活，开展一场“发现美、探索美”的旅行。。1932年，国民党十九路军在上海奋起抵抗，打败了日军的军事进攻。然而以汪、蒋为首的国民政府屈从日本的淫威，签署了“淞沪停战协议 ”等一系列卖国条约。十九路军被迫撤出上海，排长孙凤鸣为替死难兄弟报仇，开始密谋刺杀汪精卫的行动……。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
