蔚蓝大海之上，高远树（张翰饰）正向经历了长达七年爱情长跑的女友童雨晨（吴映洁饰）求婚，谁知却突然遭遇了严重的撞船事故。一同卷入事故的还有他们的好朋友何小歉（范世琦饰）、安逸飞（张云龙饰）等人。事故起源于X教授吴天铭和燕超尘（纪亚文饰），教授因正在研究的药物艾克思1具有改变人类基因的副作用而决定终止实验，谁知撞船事故后却令高远树等人的身体发生奇异的变化，他们不约而同拥有磁场控制术、读心术、预知未来、操控思维等各异的超能力。 接二连三的谜团摆在这些现代超人的面前，他们不知不觉背负了重大的使命……。Sebastian pays tribute to a previous girlfriend, trying to produce the movie that she inspired him to write.
