In a world ruled by profit and dominated by the exploitation of the weaker ones, the film literally offers an alternative set of ways about how to thin...。影片《整编岁月》以原兵团司令员张仲瀚将军为原形，讲述1949年新疆和平解放后，中国人民解放军22兵团第9军对国民党起义部队进行整编、改编时发生的故事。当时新疆生产建设兵团的组成，一半是进疆的中国人民解放军革命部队，一半是整编的国民党军起义部队。既有大批老红军、老八路时期的干部战士，也有大量从前在国民党政府军队服务半生的职业军人。整编期间发生了很多的人和人之间的碰撞，国民党军官的陈旧观念与新社会、新思想的交融，直至最后大家达成共识、形成共同的奋斗目标。。
