本故事讲述了一个刚从普通学校毕业的大学生角田美树（荣仓奈奈 饰）意外进入了一家梦寐以求的一流公司上班。本想努力工作，可事与愿违招来的是不断地被欺负的命运。同事工藤早苗（町田マリー 饰）的失误赖到她身上，看似好朋友一块进公司工作的同事立花万里香（渡边杏 饰）也在背后一次次陷害她。墙倒众人推，美树受尽了公司领导的批评和众多同事们的欺凌刁难。上司桐野征治（藤木直人 饰）其实一直默默观察着美树，美树受欺负的事他也一直看在眼里。身心疲惫的美树对未来失去了信心，同时，经营企划部的同事仲原翔太（要润 饰）却屡次地救美树于危难之中，让绝望的美树暂时得到心灵的慰藉。然而好景不长，职场上的各种勾心斗角从未停息，美树要结束被欺负的命运只能依靠自己向命运回击。。A 16-year-old girl embarks on a journey of life where she deals with understanding herself, the changing world, bullying, academic pressure and her transcending journey of first love.。Nacho flees the violence of his home in Buenos Aires and looks for a home under the protection of his father, a rancher with whom he barely has a relationship.
