Anarchic family...。本片根据上世纪九十年代在西藏发生的真实故事改编。 在内地工作的护士向丽想念在阿里服役的丈夫，于是相约同为军嫂的何蓉和张新霞一同前往西藏探亲。毫无准备的三人踏上西藏最艰苦的一段路，这段路又被叫做“大北线”。一路上艰险险阻，困难重重。她们搭着民工和货物混装的货车颠簸前行，经历坏车和死亡的变故，被车老板抛弃在小镇。她们和牧民司机挤在驾驶室里深入无人之境，跨越悬崖和冰河。在粗犷豪放的藏北民风感染下，她们逐渐接受并喜欢上了这个离天最近的地方。然而，在即将到达目的地的时候，一次冲动的选择让她们陷入了绝境……。
