终于，河野亨（福山润 配音）进入了他梦寐以求的私立贵族男校“藤森学园”，然而刚刚进入学校，就传来了一个噩耗：面容清秀的他居然被选为了“公主”候补生！所谓的“公主”制度，就是由相貌姣好的男生穿上各种华丽的洋服，化妆成可爱的女性来活跃单调的校园气氛。河野亨的第一反应即是拒绝，但当他得知成为“公主”不仅能够享受诸多福利和特权，还能得到一部分的分红时，他的决心动摇了。 在学园里，他遇见了另外两位“公主”：有着完美外表，在男性和“公主”的身份中变换自如的四方谷裕史郎（朴璐美 配音），以及性格温顺同时又十分害羞的丰实琴（柿原彻也 配音）。这性格迥异的三人，为了完成自己做为“公主”的使命，在抗拒与顺从中展开了一段欢乐的校园生活。。A friar seeks refuge in Beatriz's farmhouse, a girl everyone calls remarkable.
