The film is a dramatic re-enactment of real-life events that took place in 1968 in the small village of San Miguel Canoa in Puebla, México. The group was viciously set upon by villagers who had been manipulated by a local right-wing priest ...。老公为赶回来给我过生日尸骨无存，每年忌日，我都被全家逼着跪在坟前忏悔，直到我被歹徒跟踪害死后，老公带着私奔六年的小三风光回来了。。养母得知儿子（麦子）病了，从农村赶往城里看望，结果虚惊一场。看到儿子和儿媳的忙碌，养母决定留下来照顾从未谋面的孙女。儿子与儿媳为了孙女的发展让孙女学很多才艺，聪明的孙女最不愿意学的却是芭蕾舞。原是芭蕾舞演员的养母言传身教，使得孙女对芭蕾舞产生了浓厚的兴趣。 生活的压力使得儿子（麦子)真的病倒了，得知所患白血病需直系亲属骨髓移植才有可能获救，此时养母道出隐瞒了30年的秘密……。
