魔法仙子现在回到了地球，并受到了人们的热烈欢迎与爱戴。在安卓斯海洋世界，那普顿王正要册封他的孩子泥利斯成为下一个掌管海洋皇帝，但仪式进行到一半的时候，被一直想要争夺王位的天那斯——泥利斯的哥哥搞砸了。天那斯企图阻止这场登基大典发生，利用三叉戟将泥利斯弄伤，但最后被击败，并没收了他的魔法，送进了牢狱。在牢狱里，天那斯遇上了三妖后。一座石油钻机，于海中央发生了爆炸事故，导致石油泄漏，魔法仙子被要求协助停止这场可怕的环境污染。蓝天想要将一条象征幸福未来的项链送给蕾儿，寓意未来在一起的日子会幸福快乐，但是他在拯救石……。1949年，新中国成立在即，地处华南的冷江市，国共两党还在进行最后的较量。为了解放冷江，我军张志坚师长和国军蔡英豪师长领兵激战。由于地形易守难攻，我军遭受重创，暂时撤退。冷江市内的地下党积极展开工作。傅品千表面是教会医院院长，在这个身份的掩饰下，他做了多年的地下党工作，为了不让人民受更多的战事之苦，傅品千全身心为和平解放冷江奔走着。我党人员始终坚持把人民利益放在第一位，而国民党内部为了各自的利益四分五裂。傅品千等人经历重重困难，终于成功收编了几千人员的土匪队伍，揭开了日军残余队伍的秘密，促进了国民党蔡英豪、鲁多云领兵起义，在新中国成立前向党交出漂亮答卷：和平解放冷江！。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
