泰哥为了生活，替人打拳赌钱，谁知得罪了黑社会头子九天王，将他全家杀害，泰哥寻找仇人来到香港，结识经营木材的大亨王威，俩人成为朋友，九天王为了霸占王威的木材生意，设计陷害，并杀害了王威的女朋友，旧恨未消，又添新仇，俩人联手向九天王及其同伙宣战。。长期未结案专案组的心理侧写师朴海英，是一个不满爆棚、对警察充满不信任感的警界异端人物。为了维持生计，海英把才能浪费在了调查名人隐私，然后再卖给媒体的事情上，一直到一部10多年的老式无线机响起。而曾在80年代活跃在警界的刑警李材韩，是一个不会耍小聪明，只会勇往直前的耿直男人。材韩用无线机与海英联系，开始解决过去的未解事件。。An ambitious newspaper reporter (Dick Powell), eager to scoop the competition, wishes he could know the news before it happens.
