The series debut on 24 May 2007, and is a production of Antena ...。祁乐（岑丽香 饰）、邓励帧（刘佩玥 饰）、汪佩仪（吴沚默 饰）、陈拔萃（陈康健 饰）、俞玥爱（吴若希 饰）和朱世勤（唐嘉麟 饰）是在同一所大学就读护理学系的同学兼好友。毕业前一年，六人来到了同一家医院实习，其中，祁乐等四人被分配到了魔鬼教官杨志明（洪永城 饰）手下的病房，日子过得苦不堪言。 祁乐一行人很早就看不惯杨志明跋扈的作风和张扬的个性，再加上护师杜羡花（姚子羚 饰）对杨志明的长久不满，一场恶战在医院内部打响。那边厢，顾问医生唐日俊（单立文 饰）爱上了温柔善良的杜羡花，这段恋情让唐日俊的旧情人卓芝君（陈炜 饰）心中很不是滋味。。2019年10月，在圣地亚哥街头，150万人走上了街头。这场突如其来的社会运动，起因只是地铁票价涨了3毛钱，却掀起了几十年积压的社会矛盾大爆发。。
